HybridPEO
The HybridPEO is a package designed to compete against and beat PEO competition. The HybridPEO shops each component of a traditional PEO on the open market. Typical savings range from 5-15% over PEO competitors.

Employers that move to a PEO are motivated by two primary factors: 1) a belief that they are saving medical premium, and 2) to simplify their administrative burden. In reality, even if an employer is saving money on medical premium their administrative fee under the PEO is excessive (upwards of $200 per employee per month). Many of the national PEOs do not provide the level of service and support desired by a small employer, which is evident in very high yearly attrition rates. The HybridPEO works with providers that are cost competitive and offer specialized, hands-on service.
