The HybridPEO is a package designed to compete against and beat PEO competition. The HybridPEO shops each component of a traditional PEO on the open market. Typical savings range from 5-15% over PEO competitors.
Employers that move to a PEO are motivated by two primary factors: 1) a belief that they are saving medical premium, and 2) to simplify their administrative burden.
