Sweepstakes Guidelines
- One eligible case submission = one dot to scratch
- Twelve scratched dots complete a card
- Every dot is a winner: C=$1,000, A=$250, S=$150, H=$50
- Minimum $600 bonus on each card
- Write the group names, effective dates, and amount won on the back of the card
- Submit card to Kilpatrick Companies to receive check and new scratch card
